When you will ship my order?

We are trying to make our best and ship orders as fast as we can. All orders made during morning time will be shipped same day, as for midday and evening orders – they will be shipped next day if all ordered products are in stock.

How long does order delivery take?

We are trying to pack and send orders as fast as we can. Usually delivery might take 1-3 working days depending on products ordered, quantity and clients location.

We do allow delivery time up to 10 working days before make order replacement in case it was seized/stolen/missing or undelivered.

How well my order will be packed?

To ensure the privacy of our customers, all orders are vacuum sealed in smell proof bags to ensure your packages are discreet and arrive in perfect condition. There is NO reference or shop name on the parcel to identify who the sender is. There is also NO reference to what the content is. No logo or text mentioning “Cannabis” will be found on the package. We use the best stealth techniques like Mylar bags and anti-dog spray.

Can I get tracking information/tracking number for my order?

We do not disclose tracking numbers by default to avoid using the customer’s email, but if your order is not delivered within a given time, please get in touch with our support via email or telegram support to get an update on your order.

I received wrong items or items are missing in package. What should I do?

While we have strict quality control policy at Hierba; there are times when an order may be packed incorrectly or a replacement was provided if an item is out of stock. We strongly recommend that you take pictures of your order when it arrives to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies.

If your items are missing or you received the wrong item please contact us with order number and pictures or a video and our team will investigate further.

My order is lost/I did not received my order. What should I do?

Although, 99% of our orders are delivered successfully, there is a tiny chance they can be lost, stopped, stolen or seized. In this case, we check the tracking number, and if there is no update within 10 working days, we send either a replacement or a refund to the client.

Do you accept returns?

Under no circumstances we do not accept returns – that would compromise our privacy. We would only send substitute items if the one you have received is faulty or has issues or lost during delivery.

I have not received order confirmation email. What should I do?

This situation can happen as significant email providers block emails from weed related websites. To get an update on your order, in this case, please contact our support team either via email form or via telegram.

Do you ship only within Spain?

Yes, at the moment we only ship within Spain.
